As you may have noticed there is a whole new look about the site and hopefully the few hints below will help you guide your way through the site.

Homepage:
You will see a darkish grey bar with category names on it ie apprentice boys of derry, band parades, indoors etc, there will be a drop down of sub categories which will be names of countries in some. All you have to do is scroll over each one and click on the one that you would like to go to, this is all the parades relating to the names.

The News category will have different sub categories within it all relating to the news ie in the media, orange standard, etc, again just scroll over with your mouse to find what you want and click.

You will also see there is a category called “Info” this is all the information relating to bands, orange order etc such as “Route & Indoor Details” which is information regarding time, starting point, entry fee, where it’s being held etc, “Classifieds” is for any band, lodge etc selling equipment or is on the look out for equipment.

The “Competition Result’s” is the results of each competiton be it outdoor or indoor’s.

There is also a category for “Band/Lodge Required” this is for any function be it a parade or an indoor function.

Below the categories is the main box which will be for featured articles.You can either click on the main image to bring up that video to play it or click on the
text which reads “Continue Reading”. By doing this it will take to that particular parade post.

You will see there is eight smaller boxes with images underneath the large main image,if you scroll your mouse over the top of each box a description of what the box is will appear.You can then click on whatever box (category) you would like to go to. Below is the names of the boxes:

“Band Scene News” this is where the drum beat news and antrim bandscene news will be posted.
“Calendar” with parade dates and indoor events from England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Scroll your mouse over the event you want to see and click on it if it says, to bring up more details regarding it.
“Band Historys” this is individual band’s own history, ie how they started up, where they are from etc.
Graphics” this will take you to a page where you will see all of my work that I have done for bands etc.
Links” this will be links to bands website’s, forum links, loyal institutions links, funding and company’s / shops, where to buy your equipment for your band etc.
Gallery this speaks for itself.
Classifieds this is where your band or lodge can sell or buy.
Event Details will be where you find the actual details for a particular parade ie route details and also indoor event details.

The main front page will always have the news updates.
Also on the main front page on the right hand side you will see there is the Main Menu this give you more to look through the site but also you will see you have an option for contacting us and faq’s which hopefully will help answer any questions.
You will notice when your looking through the site there is articles on the right hand side they will range from random images of bands, random images of my graphics, posts of events details, band scene news and latest comments.
