“At the beginning the band had their first meeting on the 18th October 2005 in the Albert Bridge Band Hall/ My Lady’s Road.

We started from nothing and only had the odd, 1 or 2 member who could play an instrument. it took a lot of work to get it all going but once we got that done we got our drums and flutes etc. We later then relocated to My Lady’s Inn Bar on My Lady’s Road, and after a few practices we later got out on the road for our very first parade in Newtownards on the 17th June 2006.”
