The words “Band Parades – Promoting the Band Scene” and the words on “About Us” page, on my You Tube channel, on Facebook, on Twitter and on Bebo remain the property of Band Parades they have not to be used in anyway without express written permission.

Regarding our Graphics

All the badges, flags that I’ve computerized and/or designed belong to that specific band or lodge and myself. I put a lot of time and effort into computerizing each band/lodge badge and even longer when I’m designing them, each image is computerized from scratch from start to finish.
I do not take any money what so ever for this as I believe in helping the bands/lodges out and I also actually love computerizing them myself as this is a hobby.

I put a watermark on them so to let folk know who computerized the images and to stop folk stealing them, this is also including anything from my website. Unfortunately this doesn’t stop folk from taking an image and editing my watermark off the image ….

I’ve spoken to a folk who I have dealt with regarding their badges being computerized and they have the same feeling as me .. they do not want their computerized badges giving out or taking from my website unless they have been asked for …I don’t mind anyone wanting an image but it has to have my watermark on it and ask first.

If I think any of my work has been stolen from my website and posted on the the likes of facebook and bebo, I will report it depending on where the images are shown .. as there is infringement rights within these sites ….
